Mother seeking support to improve basic living conditions (noise and heat insulation) and prepare a safe, comfortable bedroom so her son can live with her

I am asking for support to improve my home so my son can live with me in a safe and peaceful environment.
My house is unfinished, with exposed brick walls and a direct tile roof that makes it extremely hot during the day. We live directly across from nightclubs, and the constant nighttime noise enters the house easily through basic windows with no insulation.
The ongoing noise has begun affecting my health, impacting my sleep and overall well-being. Because of the heat and noise, my son currently stays with his grandparents, as he does not feel comfortable living here.
My goal is not luxury. I want to improve basic conditions by reducing noise and heat and properly preparing his bedroom, including getting a closet and making it a welcoming space. I want to create a stable, healthy home where we can finally live together.
Any support, no matter the size, brings us closer to that goal.
